US National Archives Webinar; FREE Annual Virtual Genealogy Fair 2016

On October 26 & 27, 2016 (Wednesday & Thursday), the U.S. National Archives is hosting a two-day, Virtual Genealogy Fair via webcast. Viewers may interact with presenters and other genealogists / family historians during this LIVE event on YouTube. The session videos and handouts will be available from this web page FREE of charge and at your convenience. Registration is not required.

The U.S. National Archives holds the permanently valuable records of the Federal government. The records of interest to family historians and genealogists include:

• Soldier/Sailor Pension Files
• Ship's Passenger Lists
• Freedman's Bureau Materials 
• United States Census Documents
