Thanks for launching the October challenge, Abby!
1. Added Grothenrath-2 as wife of Hilgenberg-81 (couple together on several censuses, 1870, 1880, 1900, 1905, plus children's marriage records). Linked Grothenrath-2 to her father, Grothenrath-1 (1850 & 1860 census) - and the Zaug branch is Connected !!! (it was connected to the Hilgenberg/Nagan branch, also unconnected, in the process, but I don't think that counts).
2. Added parents to Bardol-7 (Bardolt-1 and Reinagel-5: daughter's birth record, parents marriage record); added Bardolt-2, son of Bardolt-1 (birth record of son); added Bardol-13, son of Bardolt-2 (find a grave, census record); linked Bardol-13 to wife, Niederlaender-2 (marriage record, census record, marriage records of children) - Connected !
3. Linked LaGrone-101 to LaGrone-103 (her father: 2 census records and find a grave memorials): Connected !
4. Linked Van_Assche-768 to her parents, Van_Assche-71 and Danckaert-2 (added burial index of parents, daughter's burial record; also raised a merge with a duplicate of Van_Assche-768 and of her husband) - This connects the parents: Connected !

6. Linked McCracken-863 to father, McCracken-105 (census and marriage record w parents): Connected !
7. Linked McCracken-772 to his father, McCracken-109 (census record showing parents and son, marriage record): Connected ! (Same operation for McCracken-109's wife and 2 other children; 7 more children to go)
8. Linked McCracken-1218 to his father, McCracken-685 (census records, also marriage records of 2 siblings showing parents' names): Connected ! (same operation for the wife and 2 other children of McCracken-685)
9. Linked Stram-4 (LNAB should be McCracken) to her father, McCracken-681 (birth record, census record and marriage record) : Connected ! (Also McCracken-681's wife and 3 other children)

11. Linked Michaels-209 to her husband, McCracken-683 (several census records showing both) : Connected !
12. Added McCracken-2029, husband of Burns-3199 (census and marriage record of child). Linked McCracken-2029 to his father, who was connected, McCracken-133 (census records showing father and son): Connected !
13. Finally completed the merges of Delcour-38 into Delcour-7 and (his wife) LaGrave-8 into LaGrave-7: this connects a branch of about 200 profiles: Connected!
14. With the help of the ever amazing Carol Keeling, who gave me the link: from Woolley-605 (who was connected), added Woolley-1109, his son (added sources including census record showing father and son in the same household; also added mother and wife of Woolley-1109). Then linked Woolley-1109 to his son, Woolley-47 (death certificate with parents' names). Woolley-47 was the husband of Arrie Evett Lagrone, which a lot of Lagrones attached. Connected! (I had figured out another connection for the Lagrones, but this needs an intervention on a public closed profile and will take longer to complete).
15. From connected Anna Heyvaert (Heyvaert-85), added her parents including father, Heywaert-92 (marriage record and complements of daughter, baptism record, death record). Added his father, Heyvaert-93 (baptism and burial records). Linked Heyvaert-93 to his father, Heyvaert-56 (marriage and burial records): Connected !
16. Linked Penick-58 to her parents, Harrell-82 and Penick-132 (death record, census records): Connected !
17. Linked Corder-298 to his father, Corder-134 (the 1850 census shows the 80-year old father living with the family) : Connected! Had to set up a lot of merges because many members of the family are duplicated.
18. Another tip from Carol for the Harthcocks. From Brunson-459, added her husband, Harthcock-34 (marriage record and 1860 census). Added Harthcock-34's son by a previous marriage, Harthcock-33 (1850 census). Linked Harthcock-33 to his children Harthcock-2, Harthcock-3 and Harthcock-9 (all on 1880 census): Connected !
19. From connected Gaethofs-19, added her mother, Moons-25 (mentioned on birth and marriage records of Gaethofs-19; baptism, death and marriage records of Moons). Added Moons-25's father, Moons-26 (mentioned in baptism and death records of daughter; also death record of Moons-26). Linked Moons-26 to another daughter, Moons-9 (father mentioned in baptism and death records). Moons-9 is part of the Vandebroek branch. CONNECTED!!!
20. From Harthcock-34 (connected, see above), added another son, Harthcock-35 (1850 and 1860 census). Linked Harthcock-35 to his son, Harthcock-20 (census and marriage records): Connected !
21. From an unconnected Belgian branch, found 3 connected duplicates (accidentally my own ancestors). Raised merges between De_Bruyne-41 and Debruyne-31, wife Verbeke-33 and Verbeke-9, and son De_Bruyne-4 and Debruyne-35. Then linked Debrune-2 and Verlie-1, to their connected duplicate son, De_Bruyne-41: Connected !
