Pending Merges shown twice in profile.

The Pending Merges list for the profiles Mills-878 and Mills-438 shows the same pending merge twice.  How is this possible?  I am the Profile Manager of Mills-878. When I approve the merge, it still says "Someone from Mills-878's Trusted List needs to approve." in my Pending Merges list.

Rick, if I were you, I'd remove the match and start over.

That seems to have the same effect as kicking the television. (uh-oh, i'm dating myself.)
