Looking for a connection to the Evelyn family in Cornwell

Most of South Australian records did not survive-problen in research. Iam trying to connect my Evelyn family back in England. My dad was William James, his dad was William Henry ,his dad was Henry Evelyn and his dad was also Henry Evelyn who as far as I can see came out on the Hellespont in Dec of 1854. Can anyone out there help me with research in England. I feel that we are connected to the Evelyns of Cornwell but I could be barking up the wrong tree.

The 1851 census has 2 Henry Evelyns.

Henry born 1839 in Lambeth.

Henry John born 1846 in Camelford, Cornwall.

Mind you that is based on Ancestry's transcriptions, which are notorious.

The Cornish one is still in the UK 20 years later.
