DNA Connections interpretation on Enos-45, is my brother Lon Enos a descendent?

Out off curiosity I was checking orphaned Enos profiles. I clicked on Enos-45 and saw that my brother's DNA results are listed. My initial conclusion is that there is a connection between Enos-45 and my brother, Enos-231. How shall I read the reference to my brother's DNA on Enos-45?

Your brother and Joseph belong to the same (Enos) direct paternal line.  You would need to  Y-DNA test a direct paternal line descendant of Joseph, or a more distant direct paternal line cousin to confirm that the two direct paternal lines back to the shared Enos ancestor is accurate.

Thank you for the clarification. I will have to find some cousins. I think I will ask to be the profile manager of those who are possibly connected.
