My maiden name is Gambill. Does anyone know about "The Big Gambill Book. Chicago, IL: Gambill Publishing, 1914."

Googling that title doesn't show any promising candidates. I'd surmise that you may have the title wrong.

That's just an example  of a source. It's given on the edit screen for every profile, using the surname of that profile.  For example, I just edited the profile of Sarah Gordon, and on the edit page, the example is given as:

Gordon, John. The Big Gordon Book. Chicago, IL: Gordon Publishing, 1914.
