Menger Hotel, San Antonio, Texas...Notable Founders?

+5 votes
Around 1850, German immigrant William A. Menger built the famous Menger Hotel in San Antonio, Texas. After his death it was managed by his wife and son; the hotel remains in business  today and is owned by the Historic Hotels of America. I've just finished profiles for the three original Mengers. Should they be considered as Notables and have the Notable Project as a designated PM? Over to you..for discussion.

We would also like ti have this data entered in the US_History Project, Texas Sub Project as Notables and Wiki Profiles in Bexar County.

Thanks Bob! Can somebody associated with this project do it, please. This is a hotel which has been involved in much of US history ,the recruiting site for Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders for example...all put together by the efforts of three people.
Thanks for the reminder,,  I already noted the Menger San Antonio.
