William mccue died in st Lawrence County ny c 1888 (disappeared presumed dead) leaving behind a wife (sarah nally) and 2 small boys, Harry T and Bernard. The boys were given up for adoption as sarah couldn't care for them. Sarahs whereabouts after this are unknown. The Gibsons adopted harry and the tuppers adopted bernard. Bernard ran away when he was old enough and was never heard from again. Harry(my g grandfather) remained in Pierpont ny and reportedly visited nally relatives in Syracuse ny.
