help with patents of Simon Welch and Sarah Andrew both born about 1826 in Ireland.

Question

From what I can discern there was a fire in ireland and some of the records may have been destroyed. Simon Welch was the spouse of Sarah Andrew ( born in Ireland about the same time) they were the parents of a Patrick Welch born April 1 1860 in Texas. I have been having some trouble finding any information of the Welch side of my family. My grandmother was Margaret Welch born 1930 ON JANUARY 1 in Oklahoma, her father was Patrick. Any information/ assistant would be greatly appreciated.
