How do I add a new photo when there is no button?

Sometimes the Profile page does NOT have a button for adding a new photo.  How do I add one in this case?

I just figured it out.  If you open the place where you can comment on a photograph, it asks about another photograph.

Hi Theodore. The "upload image" link isn't appearing in the right column of the profile page? Can you show me an example of this? Another place to look, of course, is the Photos page. Click the Photos tab on a profile.
