Completed merge still showing as pending on the profile [closed]

This merge has been completed but it is showing as pending at the bottom of the profile and also coming up in the pending merges list, despite being done a while ago. I waited a few days to see if it would disappear but it is still there at the top of the list, haunting me. Please can someone techy kill it off for me?
