Would a leader please PPP Hannah Browne Mead again [closed]

Now that the merge of Hannah Potter and Hannah Browne has been completed, would a leader please re-PPP her profile to keep future issues from arising.

The rules for PPP have changed and this profile doesn't appear to meet the new requirements. PPP now limits the ability to make connections and some other things so it is only used now for certain purposes which are listed here:

As I see it, she meets all 4 criteria:

• She fits within the Connecticut subproject of US HIstory project
• With a birth year in 1600's, she is definitely over 200 years old
• She has the lowest ID for her LNAB
• She is controversial because she is often listed as Hannah Potter rather than Hannah Browne. For this reason, someone may try to add her back to her stepfather, William Potter, as his daughter; this has been disproven in favor of her being John Browne's daughter. In many source books, Hannah Potter is shown as marrying John Mead, which would mean yet another duplicate to have to worry about

Am I misreading something in the guidelines? It sure seems to me she fits the criteria.
