Can anyone please translate this from spanish to english?

Question

So, I was browsing through burial certificates in Dimiao, Bohol, Philippines and found someone named Julian Lagua. I don't know if this is the one in my tree because I only have a name and very few info. Can someone please transcribe and translate this? Thank you!!!
