There was a Damian Huber who lived in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. He died on 14 Sep 1908. According to this death record https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:JDVS-BJZ he was born in 1861, worked as a waggon-maker, and died in an accidental boiler explosion. His father's name is Anthony Huber. The informant is Minnie Huber.

According to this marriage record https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FMJV-H3J waggon-maker Damian Huber of Linwood married Wilhelmine Dietrich, b.1862, on 11 Nov 1884 in St. Agatha, Waterloo, Ontario. She is likely "Minnie" from the first record.

In the 1891 Census of Canada, there is a Thomas and Minnie Huber living in Wellesley, Waterloo. Their ages are roughly right, and their entry is right next to Anthony Huber, blacksmith. http://interactive.ancestry.com/1274/30953_148176-00761?pid=2996034

In 1901 Census, although the record is dark and schmutzy, I believe I found the Hubers again in Wellesley. He is listed as a "wag maker". There are no children listed. http://interactive.ancestry.com/8826/z000111094?pid=6877172

In 1911 Census, there is a widowed Wilhem___ Huber, born 1862, listed in Linwood Villiage, Wellesey, Waterloo. She works as a seamstress. http://interactive.ancestry.com/8947/e082_e002032589?pid=6531352

I looked at available online birth databases for Ontario and have not yet found evidence of the Hubers having offspring.

The couple seem to have been Roman Catholic. If you are local to the Wellesley area, you might try to check in with the local Catholic church and see if they can help point you toward churchbooks from the time to look for any births or baptisms registered to the Hubers. They were also German-speakers in a pretty large German community. Regional German-language newspapers, if they existed, might have an obituary containing names of additional family members.
