Looking for info on Kenneth M Smith adoption in CA 1918 Smith-112902

My grandfather, Kenneth Marsh Smith was born around 1918, likely in Oakland CA but possibly with family in Oklahoma or Arkansas. We think he was an orphan or adopted. He was married to Leona Geoffroy and had two sons, Thomas Charles Smith and Kenneth Marsh Smith Jr. (aka Skip). He lived in both Placerville, CA and Sacramento, CA and passed away in 2003. Any information would be appreciated!

My father Roy Alman Smith had a brother named Kenneth Smith.  I knew Uncle Ken.  Uncle Ken had two sons named Ken (Skip) and Tom. Contact me if you would like additional family information.
