Does anyone have a lead on the parents of William C Beal, Giles Co, Tennessee

I'm Michael and new to this site. Thanks for having me!

I've been researching for YEARS to find the parents of my ancestor listed above. William C Beal was born in 1812, Giles County, Tennessee to parents believed to be Thomas and Annie (McCormick / McCormack) Beal. In 1849(?), the county courthouse burned down, taking precious records of his parent's identities with it. I'm hoping someone here can help with actual data or with building a sufficiently strong circumstantial case that I can proceed.

1820 and 1840 Census,Giles,Tenn. a  Thomas  S, Beal is living there

with several family members.

The only 2 census records which correlated based on age are 1820 and 1830, which I referenced. There are 2 entries in the 1830 census; a "Thomas" and a "Thomas S" who I believe is Thomas Sr's son. The 1840 census is for who I believe is his son, Thomas S. Beal (Jr) since the age range is wrong.
