I found an Albert Charlton in the 1841 census in the Bolton district. He was 5 yrs old. His parents are: Peter and Sarah both aged approx. 30 (rounding).  He has 2 siblings Henry and Charlotte also aged approx 5. They were all born in Cheshire (different towns).

The family is also mentioned in the 1851 census with 3 more siblings but no George. These siblings are born in Yorkshire and Lancashire. Father Peter was a tailor and draper. Mother Sarah in printing.

No sign of George in Bolton in 1841 or 1851.

If any of this is useful and I can help further, please email me.
