does anyone have information for Marilles (Kohler) (Kohller) Schaeffer died 1801

she was born in Germany  in 1725 and died in SevenValleys, Pa. 1801. Her husband"s name was johan baltzer kohler (koller) he was born June 16, 1719 in Germany , he died in Shrewsbury, York County, Pa. in 1799.  Could she be Jewish?
