Need help adding this person to my trusted list

Question

Have tried several different avenues and cannot discover how to add him to the trusted list of Smith, Hird/Herd, Albright/Allbright, Taylor, Anderson, etc.  I know I have asked this question before, but still cannot seem to manage to get it to work.

Outline the steps you have taken in order to guide you in the right direction.

I usually use BULK profile management when adding someone to my trusted list.

Okay, can now see him on my list!  No idea how that happened.  How do you get to the "Bulk" profile list??  Know I have seen it but now cannot seem to find it.  Sorry do not really remember all the steps I tried - but did so!
