Where I am not the profile manager, how do I remove myself from a person's trusted list?

I know, as a profile manager, I can remove people from the trusted list, but I asked a profile manager to remove me from the trusted list of several profiles, but he has not responded and I'm still on the trusted list of four people that no longer need to be on my watchlist.

If the profile manager doesn't respond to my request, how can I delete myself from these profiles?
