Benajah Holdridge was a Revolutionary War soldier wounded at the battle of Groton Heights.  I can find census records for him through 1830.  I cannot find anything regarding his parents, spouse or children.

Benajah had a son named Sylvester b.1781 d. North Hero VT 1862. Sylvester's death record indicates his parents were Benajah and "Anna".  There is a transcription of the marriage records of William Williams a JP in Groton CT that documents a 1773 marriage between Benajah and Tabitha Brown.  Census records indicate that Benajah may have had more children. The last census record is 1830 for Groton, CT.
