Although sometimes it is indeed another marriage, I have usually found it is a relative of another with the same name. A quick look online indicates two persons with the same qualifying name, but with DOBs of 1642 & 1678.

is showing “marriage to Gertrude Moral (Maural) dit St. Cantin on 10 Niv 1976, Trois Riveres, Maskinnonga, Quebec.” As well as  “Married under the dame of Bergeron-Johel, say Bergerac. I would contact this site as they appear to have much more data available as well as historical documentation.

Real hard to type with a 2 year old at the keyboard LOL. That should read "10 Nov and 1776".

If these marriages were in 1669 and 1676 - a dob in 1678 might be a child, but certainly not the spouse referred in these marriages, while 1642 could be the spouse.

and I'm guessing 10 Niv 1976 is a typo for ? what year.

I have found lots of problems with "Family Data Collection" information.  The basis of this collection is in many cases "word of mouth".   However, due to the large discrepancy in dates, I would agree with the comment about 2 different wives.

It may be that they are two different people as families 'honored' respected family members by naming children after them. If I was sure they were all the same person, I'd go with the better documented one, or if you know the wife's name was Marie Gertrude Moral, I'd follow that lead. I see no spousal identification in your first two entries.
