Please remove PPP on dubious Percy Profiles [closed]

I noticed there was a very suspicious line that connects the Percy family (aka Earls of Northumbria) to Pres. Franklin Pierce.

It appears to come from a single source, which asserts a Peter Percy was the standard bearer for Richard III at the Battle of Bosworth (he wasn't) and his son Richard built Pearce Manor, York, England, which as far as I can tell is a fictional place 'built' to support the surname change from Percy to Pierce in the next generation.

Both Percy-425 and Percy-180 are PPP without a project. I think the PPP should be removed and if there is better evidence for these people existing, please add it to the profile.

Was looking at the Wikipedia page

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ralph_Percy

Odd page.  Long history, but none of the usual headers and structure, and no sources.

Peter got inserted anonymously June 2009 (citing a source, incorrectly), removed, and put back, anonymously again.

Found part of the source

https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=hvd.32044013532205;view=1up;seq=472

Apparently, 94-year-old Galfrid came over with Rollo the Conqueror.

But he doesn't give parents for Peter, he doesn't say Richard was Peter's son, and I've no idea where he got them from or why he bothers to mention them at all, because he doesn't connect them with his immigrant.  The alleged Franklin Pierce connection must be somewhere else.

Sounds like this line is waitng for a write-up as a fraud or a legend.
