Why does Ann Greer Starkey have children that were born after she died?

What most likely happened is that the father remarried after her death, and continued to have children. Then, a genealogist came along, found all of the birth records, but only saw the original marriage record, and mistakenly assumed all of these children were hers without cross checking the dates. It's probably an innocent mistake.
