He may have been born in Centralia, IL or maybe around Maries County, MO.   He left his family and moved to Oklahoma about 1905. I would like to find out who his parents were and any info on them.  I also would like to know if he had another wife and family before the ones listed in his profile. Her name would be Elizabeth (?), the children: Cleveland Cochran b. 1880, Brooks Cochran b. 1886,  Lizabeth Cochran b.? & Archie Cochran b.?  However, because of their ages in relation to his, instead of his children these may have been his siblings.

Here is a W B Cochran living in Maries Co., Missouri, 1900 / born 1864, Missouri (birthplace is often inaccurate).  With what looks like wife #2 in his profile.  And son Brooks born 1886 along with other children.

Do you know where his parents were from?  This is the record attached to him at Ancestry.

I went to ancestry.com and find a grave and even familysearch and I stayed on this for over 4 hours and I will give you what I have but It is up to you to tell me if this is correct or not.

William Brooke Cochran Born 1864 and died 1937 and on ancestry.com it has this:

William Brooklyn Cochran born 1 Jan 1864 and died 8 March 1937 Antlers, Pushmataha, Oklahoma.

Wife is Louisa Adline "Lula" Breeden- born 1875 - died 1972.

I think maybe this is his father - William Brooks Cochran - born 20 March 1838 - Petty Twp, Lawrence Co, Illinois. died 5 May 1877 Lawrence Co, Ill. Parents Thomas Cochran 1802 - 1863 and Mary Dickens 1806 -1850 His children are:

James Cochran - B. 1860; John Cochran - b. 1860;  Jane Juanita Cochran - b. 1862;  William Brooklyn Cochran - b. 1864 Died 1937; Julia Ann Cochran - b. 1869 - died 1923;

Sarah Elizabeth Cochran b.1871 - 1907; Bert Cochran - b. 1873;  Isaac Cochran - b. 1875;  Archie Cochran - b. 1879

I don't know if this is right since I didn't have a lot of info, however let me know if this isn't and I will research it again.

1920 Myrick, Johnston, OK Census
