What is the evidence that Mary Muse was mother of Margaret Sanford Neale?

I am descended from Presley and Margaret Sanford Neale. What is the evidence that Mary Muse was wife of Robert Sanford, Jr., and mother of Margaret? My records, without citation unfortunately, show that Robert's wife was Ann (mentioned in a land sale record in 1720).

Thank you for the references, but I still believe that Mary Muse was wife of Margaret Sanford Neale's brother, Robert, and not her mother. The dates of the references do not prove otherwise.
