My mom's mtDNA is B4'5 but DNA page does not allow me to enter it as it seems not to allow apostrophe usage.

Why? Should I understand Familytreedna's results differently?

I tried to find others, but some have entered B4*5 or B4-5 and I don't know if they are all on the same haplogroup or if there are differences on those entries.

Thank you for any comments!

WikiTree does not currently allow an apostrophe in that field.  That haplogroup is the mother of B4 and B5.   I recommend using an asterisk as you have done (or choose B4) and in the note field explain that you are actually B4'5.
