Don't include complete information on living people: but do include what info is available on any of these:
Your mom's maiden NAME: and DATES of birth/marriage/death
The name of her mom if you have it. And/or some aunts and uncles.
The names and approx birth/marriage/death of any siblings.
And the location - COUNTRY - Province/County/State - City/Town of birth marriage or death.
