On a Census they have the name as Hooger not Hooper his parents John Henry Hooper and Maggie L Garrison,  Thanks  I Don't believe he ever married,  I know he lived South Carolina , Washington and Colorado

Thanks Doug Lockwood ,  on this set of Hooper's i found that Maggie Garrison father Ben Garrison in Darlington, South Carolina but with them spelling Hooper As Hooger,  I'm probably not going to find much, so anything you find Please send it and Thank's

Doug Lockwood did you ever come across another John Henry Hooper b. 1907 Grove Piedmont Greenville,  South Carolina , if this John Henry Hooper lived with the Murphy or Murray family in The 1910 Census Grove Greenville, S.C with his Grandfather and the only other Hooper on this Census was Jessie Hooper female 21 , then who was Jessie Murphy Hooper b.1889 Piedmont S.C married to was it Welborn Hooper he is the only adult Hooper I can find?

I'm confident Jessie Murphy is his mother, she is listed as married to a Hooper in the 1910 census with a 3 yr old son named John H Hooper in Greenville. I haven't found a marriage record yet.

I would go ahead and detach the incorrect parents & put Jessie Murphy as his mother & leave the father blank for the moment.
