I found the following records on www.familysearch.org. These may be what you are looking for, but only you will know for sure. The first is Samuel Washington with father George Washington and Ellen Cook as mother. The second is Samuel Philpot Washington with Woodson Washington as father and Sarah 'Sally' Blalock as his mother. Perhaps these will get you started in the right direction.
