My guess is that the marriage to judith was not the correct name but Marie-Josephte Ouellet is. I had a marriage in my ancestors that says they married in 1891, but that they also remarried in 1892, but at first her name was Nancy Betty but at the 2nd marriage her name was Nancy Pettit. So it could be that Judith was not the correct name I don't know for sure maybe it was the person's fault for putting in the wrong name.
