The only Naomi Eubanks I found in VA was born in 1934 and died 1996 Bristol City, VA.

Do you have first names for your Swift, Sands and Smith lines? Birth year, marriage year and death year could all be helpful.

I believe Eubanks was not her maiden name. It looks like her 2nd marriage was to William Swift:

Wow - this is great Doug! I've never thought to consider the Friends' records but it makes great sense. I'd seen a reference for a marriage in Ipswich, MA pre-1700 but am still sitting on the record request form.

These citations make me ever more curious to know her maiden name! Of course this leads to my father's maternal haplogroup (H1bb) origin so I'm naturally curious.

Thanks again Doug - I think she had a daughter named Elizabeth who may have married a Smith or a Sands/Sandys as well... Your source appears to be the better approach for finding these records. For some reason I had assumed this group were Puritans rather than Friends so my primary sources have been lean in this area and time. She is the earliest known ancestor in my father's mt haplogroup H1bb line.
