Is there a way to remove image from the right side of profile w/out removing the primary photo image?

I uploaded an image to appear in the primary photo spot of a profile.  When I do this, the image also appears, rather large, on the right side of the profile page.

Is there any way to remove the image from the right side of the profile without removing the image from the primary photo spot.

Thank you!

If you upload the image from a free space page, it should work.

Thank you, Doug ~

But it doesn't seem to work.  From what I can tell, the image on free space page originated from the same place I uploaded from.

Update: An earlier post mentioned one solution.  If you change the privacy level to yellow or above, then the images on the right only display in the private view.
