Thank you very much! I am unable to view record but thank you for the info you wrote, I have added to my tree:-) Would you have any advice on how to find the mother of Ada F Massey's maiden name??
You're welcome!  You can start researching her and her husband together.  Their marriage record might come up.

    I'll check on Ancestry

This could be their marriage record with her name listed as Eliza Seymour.

"England and Wales Marriage Registration Index, 1837-2005," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2DT6-43C : 13 December 2014), Wyndham Massey, 1882; from “England & Wales Marriages, 1837-2005,” database, findmypast (http://www.findmypast.com : 2012); citing 1882, quarter 2, vol. 1A, p. 431, Fulham, London, England, General Register Office, Southport, England.

OH WOW! Thank you so much for your help - you rock!

The mother was a Seymour so that is most probably the correct marriage registration entry

The new online index from the GRO allows one to find the mother's maiden name

    MASSEY, ADA  MAY FLORENCE                  SEYMOUR

GRO Reference: 1886  J Quarter in FULHAM  Volume 01A  Page 305

It's a very useful, free tool (though you have to register) https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/menu.asp
