How does a Project-Protected-Flag-Header get added to a profile? And, are they only project protected before c. 1776?

Hello Everyone! How does a New Netherland Settlers-Flag-Header get added to a profile? And, are they only project protected at pre-1700 even though the header says 1674-1774

Ouderkerk-54 has a New Netherland Settlers source - would it then be eligible for a project and/or a header? His wife has the header, so I'd imagine this would be a yes?? Also the father of Ouderkerk-54 is project protected.

Edit: Also project protection depends on certain conditions, like if the person is frequently duplicated.

Bea, in the New Netherlands project, is helping with the family because there is controversy... I will chat with her about whether we should take that route.  

Bea (Timmerman) Wijma added New Netherland Settlers WikiTree as manager for profile of Jacob Ouderkerk..looks like she is working this one too for a couple of weeks.. I didn't think to go straight to her... migraines suck in the thought process department... LOL... Thank you everyone!

After clicking and reading, for quite sometime. I still can't find what I am looking for....Thank you anyway.

Plus I have meniere's disease; having migraines. Maybe tomorrow it will ease and I can try again...

But, nothing should be so hard to find...I'm sure it is in all that clicking of information somewhere but, I'll just leave it be for now..
