Information about Pennington-3347

I have searched everywhere I know to search and I cannot find the parents of Mary Pennington.  I'm at a roadblock.  She married Martin Petty. I've seen places where her name is Mary Tackett (which I'm wondering if that's not her mother's maiden name).  Then I've seen where her name is Mary Pennington and then Fannie Penningtons and Mary F. Pennington and even Fanny Clack *whew*.  If anyone has access to any other databases or research that I've not been able to reach, any help would be so appreciated.  Myself and another genealogist have been looking for weeks. Thank you in advance.

Wow you made that look easy, LOL.  We had the wrong Mary Pennington info for the 1870 Census and that's what was throwing us off.  Thank you so much!
You would be a better judge of whether it's the right one. It seemed like a reasonable possibility after taking the information that you provided and entering it at familysearch.org .
