i am looking for the Lawrence Wallace who has an Uncle Harry A. Wallace from Cheraw, CO. Harry is my grandfather.

Lawrence did a geneology on the Wallace family back to Wales.  He wrote a book showing all the family tree.  I'd like to be able to obtain a copy.  I believe the person who came over on the Mayflower was of the name Anderson, or Andersen.

Hello anonymous...,,,,,,,I think you are my first cousin,  I have this book.  It was written by Lawrence McClure whose mother's maiden name was Wallace.  The Wallaces did not come on the Mayflower. They came later just after the Revolunionary War.  Is there a Wallace that you would like to know about?

Harry A. Wallace is also my grandfather. I think I could guess your first name, but I would like for you to tell me.  I would like to get to know some of my cousins,

Hello Susan Rollins Steele, daughter of Patsy Wallace Rollins, daughter of Don and Verna Wallace.  My name is Fred Wallace (I wrote the reply above to the Wallace who posted the first comment) and I am the son of Ren Wallace so we would be first cousins once removed (or something like that).  I'm trying to find out who posted the original request and thought perhaps it was one of you grandfather Don's children or else the daughted of Anna Fae Wallace Schaeffer whose name is Penny.  We have a lot of Wallace cousins and we have lost track of each other.  I hope to hear from you.  It's good to know that two of us have the family book.
