G2G: Why would John Neville, born 1761 in Virginia, die in 1761 in An Rakhine, Myanmar (near Bangladesh)?

Question

Why and how would his parents, especially his mother, travel to Myanmar- so far away- and back to Virginia to have their next child in 1763?   He is my fourth grand-uncle and I would really appreciate an answer.

He died in Virginia; the Myamar was because someone wasn't paying attention to the auto-suggest in Ancestry. Happens all the time, so always check that it first seems logical. )
