There was a Charles Hubbard born in Dorchester, MD, but that sounds too early to be the one in your question. Do you know what year Charles was born and the location? Do you know Annie's maiden name? Would you have the year they married and the location?

I have a Charles Hubbard, estimated birth 1835, living with the Whedleton & Cheesman family in 1850 in Caroline, MD (age 15). Starting in 1861, he and wife Rosa aka Annie (nee Kirwan) (she went by Annie as a young adult then Rosa in her 40s) baptized their 3 children in Church Creek, Dorchester, MD - Charles Whitfield (1858-1942), Mary "Cornelia" (1861-), and George Washington (1865-1960). It appears the elder Charles died before the 1870 census when the family was living on Taylors Island; Annie is listed as widowed.

Thank you in advance for your time!
