What is the status of scanned records from the online Polish government archives?

How should one treat records from webpages of AGAD (Archiwum Główne Akt Dawnych)  in Warsaw? The Polish government has made available scans of Roman Catholic Vital Records from the Archdiocese of Lwow. Can these be uploaded to wikitree as support for an entry (with appropriate attribution)?

Thanks,

Chris.

Just found the answer to my own question: buried in the web page is the following:

"Prawa własności należą do Skarbu Państwa. Reprodukowanie jest możliwe po uzyskaniu zgody Archiwum Głównego Akt Dawnych. W tych sprawach należy kontaktować się z kierownikiem Oddziału informacji i udostępniania AGAD."

which states that the "right of ownership belongs to the State Treasury. Reproduction is possible after obtaining agreement from the Main Archives of Ancient Documents. In the case one should contact the director of information and access of AGAD"
