I wanted to share this photo of my husband, recently deceased, and myself when we were first married.  He just missed our 30th anniversary.  Kalapp-1.  I won't ever smile like that again.

Sorry for your lost. Thanks for sharing!
I'm so sorry for your loss Cheryl.  Please know you are in the WikiTree community's thoughts.  Hugs.  May each day be a little easier.
You have my deepest sympathies.  Loss is never easy.  Sharing with others the richness of our family is something that helps keep those who have passed on remembered and honored in this life.  I know how hard this time is for you.  Anyone who has lost a spouse, parent or child understands how difficult the birthdays and holidays are.  Know that there are people on this site who not only understand but pray for your healing because loss leaves emotional wounds.  Love knows no bounds and the love you shared will be with you whenever you remember it.  Thank you for sharing such an important part of you with us.

(((((Cuz)))))

I'm sorry to say, I was never fortunate enough to have met Don, but by the stories you've told me, and from the kind face I see in this picture, I KNOW you were Adored and Cherished! I know it hurts, and I'm so sorry for your pain and loss. The last 10 years have been hard, and holidays and anniversaries bring back so many memories. Know that you were, and ARE truly Loved. And that his trials are over. He'll always be with you and one day you'll find one another again. Until then, cherish the memories and don't be afraid to reach out to family and friends. We're here for you Cheryl, and we love you!

- P Rich
