I found it at GenealogyBank.com.  State, Columbia, South Carolina, issue of 1 Feb 1949, page 17, Mrs Hattie Goodwin Workman

Doesn't really say much.  There is no age or date of birth.  Says she died Monday afternoon at 5:15 at the residence of Mrs. Walter Shealy in Waterboro.  it calls Mrs. Shealy her sister.  Then in the next paragraph it says she was visiting her sister-in-law Mrs Walter Shealy.  Hattie had been living with her sister Mrs. Sallie LeGrande on Laurel Street for the past six months.  Body went to Dunbar Funeral Home

Mrs Hattie Workman funeral services from Dunbar Funeral Home This (Wednesday) afternoon at 2:00. Interment in Elmwood Cemetery
