Looking for the father of Benjamin Wood born 10 Nov, 1777

Question

His father's name was Moses Wood.  It has been suggested that he was born in England about 1751.  Benjamin, his son, lived in Clifton Park, Saratoga County, NY. He married Adriet DuBois, born 26 May, 1780.  They are buried in the Jonesville Cemetery near Clifton Park.
