Did not get my gedcom report

Question

Seems to have uploaded, but nothing in my email (or junk mail). Following the instructions says to check my 'contributions' which just redirects me back to the original page. Was uploaded on the 12th, says completed, just never heard anything again. How can I access this report?

I'm sorry, there seems to have been an error in the upload. We can't process the file.

You should have received an e-mail about this. Can you check your spam folder to see if you received anything from info@wikitree? One of our team members has been absent so it's possible you slipped through the cracks and weren't notified. My apologies if so.

Thank you for checking. I do not have anything in any of the spam folders or my email. should I re-upload?  Or should I attempt to fix those lines first (I have no editor at the moment).

Hi C, if you re-upload you'll run into the same problem again. If you want to email me your GEDCOM file, I can create a new one for you with my RootsMagic software and send it back to you. That's worked for others in the past who have had this issue.  You can send it to eowyn at wikitree.com.

Thank you for the generous offer. I downloaded 'gramps' last night (I have a Linux system), and I may be able to fix it through that. I will keep your response in mind if I get in over my head.
