Thank you, bookmarked the page.  Looking up the Ogilvie Family, who were some of early settlers.  Have a lot of information, maybe this will fill some of the gaps.

Thank you! Great resource. Is it ok to link to a record on there as a source?

I don't think the link will work because you have to sign into the site to display records. Here is what I post as sources:

''Nova Scotia Historical Vital Statistics'' (Death Record) Year: 1869 - Book: 1810 - Page: 34 - Number: 90 [Accessed Mar 6 2017]

''Nova Scotia Historical Vital Statistics'' (Birth Record, late registration) Year: 1904 - Book: 1904 - Page: 92404593  [Accessed Mar 6 2017]

''Nova Scotia Historical Vital Statistics'' (Marriage Record)  Year: 1904 - Book: 1904 - Page: 92404593  [Accessed Mar 6 2017]

I believe many of the records can also be found and even downloaded on the FamilySearch website.

Thank you!

My New Hampshire ancestors went to Nova Scotia after 1776 and some of their descendants have been found.  Two married into the Boutilier family, and another married a Roberts.  Another ancestor, Sophia Paine, moved from Nova Scotia to the Isles de La Madeleine where she married.
