DNA Testing does not matter to WikiTree genealogy unless the results are shared on public profiles. It is fine if you have been tested and choose not to post the results but in this case there is no reason to claim to be tested in the first place. Would it be reasonable to to require all appropriate details (such as Y-chromosome haplogroup, Number of markers that were tested, Ysearch ID, and Family Tree DNA kit number) to be available prior to acceptance and marking the profile as "DNA has been tested"?
Errors can only be corrected by the profile’s manager so requiring the details prior to acceptance will cut down on entries where the omission of test details is an oversight of some kind and help prevent profiles from being marked incorrectly. There are now several profiles of deceased persons which claim "DNA has been tested" when DNA testing was not even available. See:
