I have more info on my tree than on the existing ones. How do I match them without losing my info?

If you are referring to duplicate profiles, when they are merged, part of the clean up process includes retaining all accurate info & sources.

What Doug means: when to profiles are merged, no data is lost, but all data is placed in the bio.  Duplication of data must be reconciled, but no data is lost.
Carol might be referring to an offline tree that she wants to upload but would have to skip the dupes. In which case she'd need to manually add the additional info to the existing profiles.
