Is there documented proof that Sebastian Fischer father is Peter and not Conrad?

I am having trouble determining Sebastian Fischer's parentage.. I have found conflicting information. Can we safely assume his parents are Peter and Anna, or are they Conrad and Maria

I just came across the same thing stating Conrad, but my info and someone else in Austria says Peter and Anna.

I would be willing to bet on Peter and Anna since I have a European source. If your are related to Sebastian then we are cousins. You would also be related to a man I know on Facebook from Austria. Sebastian's daughter married into the Anspach family. The Anspach bloodline is a big part of my Father's side of the family.

Sebastian was my 6th great grandfather. The lineage is John Jacob, John Adam, John Christain, Benjamin, William I, Wm B, Warren. Could you share the name of the gentleman from Austria? My son and family are in Vienna until July!

In 2020, Hank Jones published updated information about this family, including different and more definitive birth records in Europe. The prior birth record suggested that the father was Peter, but the newly-located birth records suggest that the father was Thomas. The profile has been updated, and the changes are described in a "Notes on his origins" section.

And should Sebastian's wife Susannah Ulrich then be merged in Susannah Brackhen?
I'm not sure. Susannah Ulrich was a real person, who according to her FamilySearch profile, was a daughter of Johannes Ulrich and Anna Christina Hildebrand from Alsenborn. She was originally attributed ad hoc as the spouse of Sebastian, based on an undocumented speculation by Jones that the Fischer family originated in Alsenborn in the 1985 version of "The Palatine Families of New York". She isn't the correct spouse for Sebastian, because primary marriage records and birth records of Sebastian and his family have subsequently been located in Gondelsheim. Thus, I think her profile should be preserved intact--just not married to Sebastian. Perhaps put a link in the research notes?
