Looking to see if anyone has Info on Catherine Caldwell Barnes.
She was born April 1826 in North Carolina (She is pretty consistent on her Birthdate through the census)
she married Henry Barnes in June 1850 at Haywood County and is in Haywood County NC through 1870 Census and then Moves to Cocke County TN in 1880 living with Daugther Polly and son John.
Then in 1885 she marries Oscar Ball we do not know why she married him for or What happened to Oscar Ball.
she appears in Madison County NC in 1900 in her son Columbus Barnes Household and last shows up on 1910 census living in Her son John Barnes household at Sevier County TN.
She was already about 84 yr old in 1910 and we have been searching for years to where she is buried at and what year she is to have died in.
it is presumed she died sometime in the 1910's but have no concrete Info to go by.
If anyone has Info on this it will be extremely helpful to our research.
