Roderick, I searched ancestry.com, familysearch.org and found no death record or burial location. I also searched findagrave.com for her under the names Soileau and  Fuselier in all of Louisiana and found no burial site. It seems unusual, since at that time the Soileau and Fuselier families were prominent in Louisiana. Perhaps she was buried in a private cemetery on her property, and its location has been lost to time.

All the records I can find agree that she died in Opelousas, La. Feb. 16, 1816.  Since I am a native of Opelousas, I would think that she would have been buried in the old St. Landry Catholic Church cemetery.  However, many of the Soileau's settled in and around Grand Prairie, La.  John Philippe Gabriel Stagg (whose mother was Josephine (Fuselier) Stagg) is buried in the old St. Peter's Catholic Church cemetery in Grand Prairie. His wife is buried in the same cemetery (died 1855).  This is NOT the cemetery in front of St. Peter's, but on into Grand Prairie.  I uploaded pictures of these graves to his page just a year ago in FEB16 when I was in Opelousas for my father's 91st birthday.  This message is my best guess.  Good luck!
